CUTTING

Fabric sourcing: Right from yarn purchase, knitting them to compacting, making fabrics of different quality in cotton, melanges, yarn dyed are thoroughly examined by our fabric team before in-housing them into the factory for garment production.

Patterning and grading: The patterns are made and graded both manually and by Computer-Aided Design based on the requirement. The company got auto cutting machines for spreading, Band knife cutting machines and straight cutting machines for manual cutting purposes. Every kilogram of the fabric is monitored and maintained by the system made by the management and under waste management system, the company manages the cutting waste by making them into new different products.
